The service
Precizna is a web and mobile app for managing farms, parcels, seasons, and field operations. It also lets you view satellite vegetation indices, generate productivity zones and variable-rate maps (VRA), and export those maps in formats your machinery can read.
We add and refine features over time. Some features may change or be retired. We try to give reasonable notice when something material changes.
Who can use the service
You may use Precizna if you can enter into a binding agreement under the law where you live. If you are using the service for a farm or business, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly at support@precizna.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Acceptable use
A few simple rules keep the service working well for everyone.
- Do not access other people's accounts or our systems without authorisation
- Use only the account that is yours, and do not try to reach data that does not belong to you.
- Do not overload the service with automated tools
- Use the app the way a person would. Do not scrape, flood, or stress the service.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes
- Do not use Precizna to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or harm others.
Your data
The farms, parcels, operations, yields, and notes you enter into Precizna remain yours. You grant us only the permissions we need to store that data, show it back to you, and run the features you use, such as fetching satellite imagery for your parcels or generating variable-rate maps (VRA).
You can export your data and you can delete your account at any time. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Satellite and agronomic data limitations
Satellite imagery, vegetation indices (NDVI, GNDVI, NDRE), productivity zones, and variable-rate maps (VRA) are decision support. They are not a substitute for your own agronomic judgement or for inspecting the field in person.
Satellite acquisitions can be affected by clouds, shadows, sensor noise, and gaps in coverage. A map produced from imagery can look reasonable and still misrepresent what is happening on the ground.
Before applying any variable-rate recommendation, review the map, confirm the rates make sense for your crop and conditions, and adjust as needed. The final decision in the field is always yours.
Subscriptions and pricing
Precizna is currently offered as a free preview. Pricing will be announced separately. Existing users will be notified before any pricing change takes effect, with enough time to decide whether to continue.
Service availability
We work to keep Precizna available and responsive, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Some features depend on third-party data, such as satellite imagery. If that data is not available for a parcel and date, the related feature may be limited until it is.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Precizna at any time and delete your account from inside the app.
We may suspend or close an account if it is used in breach of these Terms, or to protect the service and other users. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
Intellectual property
The Precizna name, the app, and its design belong to us. You may use the service for your farm or business but you may not copy, resell, or rebrand it.
Content you put into Precizna stays yours. You keep all rights to your farm data, your records, and any maps generated from them.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for gross negligence, for wilful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including crop loss, missed opportunities, business interruption, loss of profits, or claims brought against you by third parties arising from your use of recommendations produced by the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Where the service was used at no charge, that cap is a nominal 500 euros.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Where you use the service as a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protections of the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or inside the app before it takes effect. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
