How to reach us
Email is the best way to reach us. Write to support@precizna.com with your question, problem, or feature idea, and we will take it from there.
We respond within two working days, Monday to Friday. If something is urgent, say so in the subject line and we will prioritise it.
What to include when you write
A few details up front help us solve your issue on the first reply.
- App and version
- Tell us whether you were using the web app or the mobile app, and the version number if you can see it.
- Device and operating system
- For example, iPhone 14 on iOS 18, or a laptop on Windows 11 with Chrome.
- A screenshot if the issue is visual
- A picture often shows in seconds what a paragraph cannot. Crop out anything you do not want to share.
- The farm or parcel name if the issue involves your data
- This lets us look at the same record you were looking at, instead of guessing.
- The steps you took before it happened
- Walk us through what you clicked or tapped, so we can reproduce it on our side.

Most messages we receive fall into one of these areas.
Account access
Forgotten passwords, email verification not arriving, or trouble signing in on a new device.
Parcels and boundaries
Drawing a boundary on the map, importing an AgGPS file, or editing a parcel that is already saved.
Satellite imagery
Fetching NDVI, GNDVI, or NDRE for a parcel, missing dates, or images that look cloudy or unclear.
Variable-rate maps (VRA)
Generating productivity zones, building a variable-rate map (VRA), editing zones, or assigning rates.
Import and export
Importing AgGPS data, exporting to Trimble or John Deere, or questions about shapefile output.
Mobile app issues
Crashes, login problems, or data that is not syncing between the mobile app and the web.
